- Name and contact details
- Move details such as addresses, date and the size of the premises
- The content and time of the message
Purpose of processing
Data is used to prepare a quote, to communicate with you and to carry out the agreed service. Processing is based on preparing and performing a contract.
Data is not used for direct marketing without separate consent.
Retention
Enquiry and quote data is kept for as long as handling the matter and any assignment requires. Accounting records are kept for the period required by the Accounting Act.
Data is deleted or anonymised when there is no longer a reason to keep it.
Disclosures
Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing. When you use address search, the query may be sent to Google to complete the address. Otherwise data is disclosed only when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site stores a necessary cookie that remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them. Marketing cookies are not used.
