Shared housing needs an agreed route
In a shared flat the hallway belongs to everyone. Agree a time when it is clear, and check the building's moving hours. If you share a storage cage, mark what is yours to take.

- how close the van can stop
- whether a bike cellar or storage must be emptied the same day

- the old and new address, or postcodes
- room or flat size
- floor and lift at both ends
- large items: bed, desk, sofa
- preferred date and whether it can move
- whether you pack yourself or need help
